Schedule: Day or night shift available; 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio; two weekend shifts biweekly; no on-call required

• All-RN staffing model with Charge Nurse support on each shift

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience (adult ICU, CVICU, Neuro ICU, or any critical care specialty)
• Ventilator experience required
• Proficiency in arterial line, central line, and chest tube management
• Preferred: CVICU-specific experience, CABG recovery, CRRT, Impella, Meditech experience, BSN, and CCRN certification
