Schedule: Preferred self-scheduling available; floating rotation with all staff

Highlights:

• 24-bed Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Medical Intensive Care Unit with flexible patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3
• Work with advanced ICU modalities including SLEDD, EVD, and other critical care equipment
• Perform high-acuity procedures such as EVD placement, central line insertion, and arterial line management
• Documentation via Meditech electronic medical record system
• Self-scheduling options available to support work-life balance
• Collaborative team environment with unit secretaries and tech support

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in Tennessee or compact state
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Previous ICU experience strongly preferred
