Schedule: Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM), on-call rotation required, every other weekend

Highlights:

• Provide intermittent hemodialysis (IHD) services in both dialysis unit and ICU bedside settings
• Work primarily with Fresenius hemodialysis machines with full orientation provided
• Connect and disconnect patients from peritoneal dialysis treatments
• Stable patient population in dialysis unit plus critical care dialysis support
• No CRRT or PIRRT therapy responsibilities
• Contract extension opportunities available up to 18 months

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Dialysis nursing experience required
• Active Ohio nursing license or Compact state license in hand at time of application (non-negotiable)
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Current ACLS certification
• Two professional references from a manager, supervisor, or director in dialysis specialty from assignments within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Clear background check with no open cases and no license hits
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 12 months of start date
