Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays

Highlights:

• 108-bed Level III Neonatal ICU with comprehensive care for critically ill neonates
• Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity
• Advanced equipment including ventilators, oscillators, NIRS, Bubble CPAP, and specialized isolettes
• Supportive team environment with RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs
• Documentation systems: CPN and Meditech
• Contract positions available

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Level III NICU experience required
• BLS and NRP certifications required
• Experience with premature infants (28 weeks gestational age and above)
• Proficiency in central line management and respiratory management, including intubated patients
• Preferred: experience with surgical and cardiac patients, tracheostomy care, Broviac lines, and infants as early as 27 weeks gestational age
• Royal blue scrubs required
