Schedule: Day or Night Shift available; rotating weekends; no on-call required

- 21-bed Oncology unit with manageable census and supportive staffing model
- Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3-4, flexible to 5
- Meditech EMR system with Baxter pumps
- Collaborative team environment with dedicated Charge Nurse, RN staff, and PCT support on each shift
- Opportunity to float to Hematology-Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant units for expanded experience
- Evidence-based protocols including neutropenic precautions and infection prevention standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Oncology nursing experience required
- Hematology-Oncology background preferred
- Chemotherapy certification preferred
- Experience with blood product administration and electrolyte replacement
