Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend; holiday coverage required per facility policy

Highlights:

• NICU specialty focus with high-risk deliveries and neonatal to pediatric patient population
• Required experience with advanced ventilator platforms including Draeger and Servo I
• Epic charting system utilized facility-wide
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations from neonates through geriatrics
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off; flexibility with scheduling
• Float opportunities within facility to expand clinical experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Current Georgia or Compact State respiratory therapy license
• Active certifications: RRT, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS required
• Demonstrated NICU experience with high-risk deliveries (required)
• Proficiency in umbilical cord blood gases, surfactant administration, and pulmonary toileting
• Experience with advanced respiratory interventions including BiPAP, CPAP, high-frequency oscillation, and tracheostomy management
• Competency in ABG interpretation and basic EKG
• Epic EMR experience required
• Two supervisory references (Manager level or above) highly preferred at time of submission
• Willingness to float to adult care units and potentially to sister campus locations
