Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care experience required
• Current skills checklist (within 1 year) relevant to specialty
• Two supervisory reference forms taken within the last two years
• Must reside outside 100-mile radius from facility location
