Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of acute medical-surgical and telemetry experience within the last year
• Demonstrated ability to manage 4–6 patients simultaneously
• Proficiency in standard nursing skills including IV insertion, urinary catheter management, central line maintenance, and medication administration
• Preferred: 2+ years neurosurgery or orthopedic nursing experience
