Schedule: Day or night shift available; weekends as needed; no on-call required

• Care for acute med/surg/telemetry patients including PCI and CABG post-op day 2
• Meditech EMR system in use
• Opportunity to float to other med/surg/telemetry units for variety and skill development
• Collaborative team environment with charge nurse, RN, PCA, and unit secretary support
• Royal blue scrubs provided as standard uniform

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 1 year acute med/surg/telemetry experience within the last year required
• Ability to manage 4–6 patients simultaneously
• Proficiency in standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance, medication administration, continuous bladder irrigation, NGT insertion/maintenance, and EKG interpretation
• Preferred: 2+ years telemetry experience with PCI and CABG patient populations
