Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling flexibility; minimum of 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period

• 31-bed Medical Intensive Care Unit with dynamic patient acuity and varied case mix
• Patient ratios typically 2:1, with 1:1 for high acuity cases
• Advanced critical care equipment including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 hemodynamic monitoring
• Meditech EMR documentation system
• Self-scheduling model with 4-week increments for work-life balance
• Unit secretary support during day shift

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ICU experience required
• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) for dress code
