Schedule: Participative scheduling with minimum 3 weekend shifts per month; standard ICU ratio of 1RN:2 patients adjusted for acuity

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• CCRN certification preferred
• Cardiac critical care experience required
• Ability to care for post open-heart surgery patients (1-2 days post-op minimum)
• Experience with Impella heart pumps and CRRT preferred
• Willingness to float to PCU and medical-surgical units as needed
