Schedule: Day and night shifts available with support team including charge nurses, PCTs, CSTs, and RNs

• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2, ensuring personalized, high-quality care for mothers and newborns
• Work with advanced technology including Baxter pumps and Phillips electronic fetal monitoring, Cerner EMR, and Fetal Link systems
• Exposure to high-risk obstetrics, vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and immediate newborn care in a high-acuity environment
• Part of a 120-member nursing team at a Magnet-designated facility and Leapfrog Grade A hospital
• Regional referral center with Level III NICU, comprehensive stroke center, and the area's only children's hospital

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• High-risk obstetrics experience required
• Immediate newborn care experience required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• BLS or ACLS certification required
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Circulating experience preferred
• Ability to float to Maternal Fetal Medicine, Obstetrics/Gynecology, and NICU as needed
