Schedule: Self-scheduling; three weekend shifts per four-week period (day shift) or four weekend shifts per four-week period (night shift); 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio; no on-call required

- Brand new Cardiac Progressive Stepdown unit with 26 beds
- Cardiac specialty focus including post-procedure care and pacemaker management
- Titration of IV cardiac medications including heparin and insulin
- Meditech EMR system with collaborative team support including Charge Nurse, PCT, and Unit Secretary
- Flexible self-scheduling with structured weekend rotation
- May float to Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, or Orthopedic Surgery units
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Telemetry experience required
- Background in managing cardiac patients post-procedure preferred
- Royal blue scrub top and black scrub pants required
