Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 12-hour night shifts, must be available for weekend shifts

Highlights:

• 18-bed Medical/Surgical unit with varied patient population including post-operative and complex medical patients
• 5:1 patient-to-RN ratio with dedicated charge nurse and patient care technician support
• Meditech EMR system with modern equipment including Philips monitors and Alaris pumps
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, GI procedures, colostomies, tracheostomy care, GYN surgeries, and neurosurgical patients
• Structured onboarding with designated resource nurse each shift to ensure success
• Evidence-based care protocols including bedside report, hourly rounding, and interdisciplinary team collaboration

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR
• Demonstrated competency in tracheostomy and ostomy care
• Experience with general surgical patient population preferred
• Strong team collaboration skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to work weekend shifts as scheduled
