Schedule: Wednesday through Friday, three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Night shift position in a busy department performing approximately 130 patient visits per day across 3 scanning rooms
• Hands-on experience with GE or Siemens CT scanners and PACS systems
• Epic EMR experience preferred; online Epic training provided on day one of orientation

• Diverse case mix including vascular CTA, brain perfusion, multiplanar reconstruction, and musculoskeletal trauma
• 24-hour orientation period to ensure smooth onboarding and departmental integration

Requirements:

• ARRT Registered CT Technologist certification – ARRT (R)(CT) required
• Active Virginia state license OR proof of application with verification of active license from another state
• Minimum of two years of CT technologist experience
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Demonstrated proficiency with GE or Siemens CT scanners and PACS systems
• Experience performing CT exams including abdomen, pelvis, chest, and head (with and without contrast); cervical, lumbar, and thoracic spine; musculoskeletal trauma; vascular CTA; brain perfusion; and multiplanar reconstruction
• Competency in starting peripheral IVs
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Flu vaccination required during flu season, October 1 through March 31 (medical exemptions only)
