Location: Thornton, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Highlights:

• Level II NICU with 6-bed capacity providing critical care to neonates
• Patient ratios: 3:1 for feeder growers, 1:1 for ventilated patients
• 24/7 on-site Neonatal Nurse Practitioner support with Neonatologists on call
• State-of-the-art equipment including Giraffe Omnibeds and STAR GE resuscitation systems
• EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
• Collaborative environment with highly engaged nursing team averaging 15 years of NICU experience

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or compact state license
• Level II NICU experience required
• Infant resuscitation experience (mandatory requirement)
• Admissions and initial stabilization experience in the delivery room
• Experience assisting with umbilical line placement, intubation, lumbar puncture, and circumcision procedures
• Preferred: Level III or Level IV NICU experience
• Preferred: Experience with Eat Sleep Console protocol for Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome
