Management is some of the best I've ever had, they really care about how we're doing and what we need. The main manager being an RT herself, she's not afraid to talk to upper management and get us what we need. The culture is inclusive because of it, rarely do we have drama within the department because problems are quickly resolved. Highly recommend, I always have a special place in my heart for The Burb.

Coworkers are the best people you will ever work with, but facility is a training ground for management to get enough experience to move on to somewhere else. Nobody cares about lasting improvements. They only want to look good for their next promotion.
