Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend, or four-week rotation options available

Highlights:

• 20-bed cardiac medical telemetry unit with 5:1 patient ratio
• Cardiac step-down and med/surg telemetry with stroke overflow patients
• Diverse case mix including CHF, COPD cardiac management, chest tubes, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP, thoracentesis, peritoneal dialysis, trachs, pacemakers, and CIWA protocols
• Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Hospital, and designated Stroke Center
• Meditech Expanse documentation system with modern equipment including IV pumps, high-flow devices, and BiPAP
• Collaborative team structure with 4 RN teams, free Charge Nurse, 2 LNAs, and Unit Clerk support

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and cardiac care
• Experience with cardiac step-down or medical telemetry patients preferred
• Ability to participate in bedside shift rounds and handoff procedures
