Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – California

Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: San Luis Obispo, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Critical care unit schedule

Highlights:

Direct patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment
Experience with multi-system failure, ventilator management, and hemodynamic monitoring
Care for neuro/trauma, respiratory failure, and critically ill patients
Opportunity to lead and delegate care to ancillary staff

Requirements:

Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Critical care nursing experience strongly preferred
Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols
Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and supervisory skills
