Schedule: Day and night shifts available; weekend rotation as needed

• 22-bed acute medical-surgical telemetry unit specializing in orthopedic and neurosurgery patient populations
• Patient ratios capped at 6:1 maximum
• Collaborative team environment with experienced charge nurses and support staff including PCAs and unit secretaries
• Meditech EMR system
• Standard acute care equipment and nursing procedures including IV therapy, central line maintenance, and urinary catheter care
• Opportunity to float to other med/surg/tele units for variety and professional growth

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2+ years of acute medical-surgical telemetry experience within the last year
• Demonstrated ability to manage 4–6 patients safely and effectively
• Preferred: 2+ years of neurosurgery or orthopedic nursing experience
• Proficiency in standard nursing skills: IV insertions, catheter insertion/maintenance, central line care, medication administration, and interdisciplinary communication
