Highlights:

• Provide comprehensive care across LDRP, Mother-Baby, and transition care of newborns
• Circulate during cesarean sections and attend deliveries, assisting physicians as needed
• Complete neonatal assessment post-delivery in the C-Section suite
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and family support
• Participate in ongoing education including fetal monitoring and neonatal resuscitation certification
• Serve as patient advocate ensuring physical and emotional well-being throughout care continuum

Requirements:

• Active Alabama RN license or Compact State RN license
• Minimum 5 years recent experience in LDRP/Mother-Baby, transition care of newborns, and OB triage
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications (must be through American Heart Association)
• Fetal monitoring certification (renewed every two years)
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred
