Start Date: February 9, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule

Highlights:

• 34-bed Post-Operative Medical-Surgical unit with 6:1 patient ratio
• Tech support available on day and night shifts; unit secretary coverage 7am-7pm
• Documentation using Meditech EMR system
• Comprehensive Stroke Center, ACS Verified Level II Trauma Center, and Certified Chest Pain Center
• Diverse case mix including post-operative care, wound management, and surgical drain maintenance
• Modern equipment including IV pumps, telemetry, continuous pulse oximetry, and iMobile communication technology

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Strong skills in IV insertion, basic wound care, and management of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes
• Ability to prioritize care and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required
