Start Date: February 16, 2026
Location: Derry, New Hampshire
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-bed unit, 2:1 patient ratio, self-scheduling encouraged, every other weekend, flexible scheduling with overtime available

Highlights:

• Mixed ICU patient population with exposure to Medical and Surgical critical care cases
• Advanced procedures including ventilator care, therapeutic hypothermia, PCI/STEMI, IABP, invasive hemodynamic monitoring, and sepsis/stroke protocols
• Open ICU model with goal staffing of 4 RNs around the clock
• Meditech documentation system with GE cardiac monitors and state-of-the-art equipment
• Participate in Code Blue and Rapid Response Team as ICU responder
• May float to critical care or intermediate care areas as needed

Requirements:

• Active New Hampshire RN license required at time of submission
• Medical and Surgical ICU experience required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• AIBP experience and CCRN certification preferred
• Professional appearance and adherence to patient experience standards including AIDET, bedside hand-off, and hourly rounding
