Location: Midland, Michigan

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts with three weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period (Friday and Saturday). No call required.

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical ICU experience required
• Open Heart training and experience required
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ICU Skills Checklist current within 1 year
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
• Prior travel assignment history preferred
• Must reside outside of 50-mile radius from facility
