Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Hagerstown, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Self-scheduling with some holidays and weekends required; on-call coverage typically 16–20 hours per 6-week schedule (or option to pick up additional shifts in lieu of call)

Highlights:

• LDRP unit with 32 beds; approximately 300 births per month
• Epic EMR required; experience with high-risk antepartum and OB surgical recovery (C-section) highly preferred
• Couplet care model; will also provide mother-baby care
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response, and more
• 12-hour orientation provided; float rotation in accordance with facility policy and candidate experience
• Opportunity for extension after initial contract (separation required after one year)

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Maryland (or compact state eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery / LDRP experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Beginner and Intermediate), FHM (Fetal Heart Monitoring)
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred
• Community hospital, LTAC, and Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
