Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, 10-hour shifts

Highlights:

Extended rotation schedule offering full week off between assignments
Comprehensive laboratory services across multiple disciplines including blood bank, hematology, coagulation, and urinalysis
Work with industry-standard instrumentation including Beckman Coulter hematology systems and Werfen Top coagulation equipment
Utilize both gel and tube methodologies in blood bank testing
Opportunity to apply critical thinking and leadership skills in laboratory technology
New or expanded service line position demonstrating organizational growth

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a Medical Technologist
Current ASCP certification as a Medical Technologist (MT)
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Documented experience in blood bank, including MTS gel and tube methods
Proficiency with Beckman Coulter hematology analyzers (520 and 690 models)
Experience performing manual differentials, body fluid cell counts and differentials
Hands-on experience with Werfen Top coagulation instrumentation
Competency in urine microscopic procedures
