Location: Davie, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week (3x12 shifts) or 40 hours per week (8/10 shifts); includes 1 on-call shift per week and 2 weekend shifts per month

Highlights:

• Advanced robotics program utilizing Da Vinci Xi and Mako Surgical Systems across multiple specialties

• 18 operating rooms with a daily census of approximately 55 patients
• Epic EMR experience preferred; teaching facility environment with interdisciplinary collaboration
• 40-hour comprehensive orientation program to support your transition
• Float within scope to meet facility needs as required

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Florida (pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of direct Operating Room RN experience required
• Strong experience in robotics, orthopedic, and neurological procedures required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (must have at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Nicotine-free status required; 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test within 12 months of start
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Willingness to participate in teaching and training of students and new staff
• Must pass EKG and Pharmacy tests during orientation (2 attempts maximum for each)
