Schedule: 1100–2330 with liver call coverage; 36-hour guarantee for 3x12 or 40 hours for 8/10-hour shifts; on-call 1 shift per week plus two 12-hour weekend shifts per month

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years direct Operating Room RN experience with strong transplant background
• Demonstrated expertise in liver, heart, lung, and kidney transplant procedures – must include organ implantation, not just procurement
• Proficiency with Misonix/CUSA equipment is mandatory
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission; NIHSS must be obtained prior to start date
• Valid Florida RN license or pending license accepted
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine/cotinine test – nicotine-free requirement strictly enforced
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• All requested time off must be submitted upfront; later requests will not be approved
