Description
Start Date: March 23, 2026
Location: Wichita, Kansas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts
Highlights:
- 26-bed Labor & Delivery unit with strong team nursing approach and collaborative culture
- 1:1 patient ratios for high-risk labor and cesarean sections; 1:2 for antepartum and postpartum patients on magnesium
- Self-scheduling model offering flexibility and work-life balance
- Modern equipment including Alaris pumps, PCA pumps, Monica Novii telemetry, and CPN monitoring systems
- EMR systems: CPN Gold and Meditech
- OB Hospitalist program providing strong physician support and collaborative care environment
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Kansas or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Experience circulating cesarean sections required
- High-risk LDR experience strongly preferred
- BLS certification required; additional OB certifications preferred
