Schedule: 13-week assignment; every third weekend; 10 call days per month

Highlights:

• Work in a busy Cardiac Cath Lab with an average daily census of 8-10 patients
• 3-room unit with 5 beds serving adult to geriatric patient populations
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures including left and right heart caths
• Utilize Epic EMR, Pyxis, and SBAR systems in a collaborative clinical environment
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• First-time travelers welcome with minimum 1 year of experience

Requirements:

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of cardiac cath lab nursing experience
• Proficiency in circulating procedures, procedural sedation administration and monitoring, and interpretation/management of dysrhythmias
• Experience with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures (left heart cath, right heart cath)
• Two supervisory references (manager level or above) strongly preferred
• Ability to complete compliance requirements and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
