Start Date: March 3, 2026
Location: Rochester, New York
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12 hour shifts, rotating days/nights (0700-1900 / 1900-0700), every other weekend required, 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Work in a 528-bed tertiary care hospital with high acuity patient population
• Gain experience across two specialty units: 26-bed cardiac care unit and 51-bed surgical unit
• Epic charting system utilized throughout facility
• Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 for Medical-Surgical cases
• Care for diverse patient populations including CHF, acute MI, post-device care, general surgery, and reconstructive procedures
• 13-week contract with floating required to support hospital needs

Requirements:

• Active New York State RN license required in hand prior to submission
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic charting experience required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Experience with blood product administration, peripheral line management, wound care, oxygen administration, and isolation precautions
• First-time travelers accepted
• Flexibility to float between units as needed
• No more than 10 days requested time off during assignment
