Location: Rochester, New York

Schedule: 3x12 day shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend required

• Patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:7 for optimal care delivery
• Epic charting system in a 528-bed tertiary care hospital
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, rapid response, pharmacy, and respiratory services
• Float opportunities within medical-surgical departments
• 12-hour orientation with pre-start online modules

Requirements:

• Active New York RN license in hand prior to submission (no exceptions)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Prior charge nurse experience required
• Epic charting system experience is mandatory
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with patient ratios up to 1:6
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, phlebotomy, respiratory support, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location
• Maximum 10 days requested time off during contract
