Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with flexible start times between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM. This is a 100% remote position.

• Apply advanced knowledge of pathophysiology, medications, and critical thinking in a production-driven CDI environment

Requirements:

• Active CDIP (Certified Documentation Improvement Practitioner) or CCDS (Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist) certification
• RHIT, RHIA, RN, RRT, CCS, CCS-P, or MD credential required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Inpatient CDI Specialist, with at least 12 months in a production role
• Demonstrated experience in concurrent review of inpatient medical records
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High School diploma or GED required
