Description
Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour day shifts per week on Intermediate Care Unit
Highlights:
- Work in a fast-paced Intermediate Care Unit providing progressive care to patients
- Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and patient care coordination
- 12-hour shift schedule allows for better work-life balance
- Opportunity to apply NIHSS assessment skills in neurological patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in state or district
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- NIHSS certification required
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- BSN degree highly desired
