Loved the people I’ve worked with! Staff was incredible. You have some difficult surgeons, but that’s anywhere you go. Some frustrating things were equipment failures, incorrect supplies + instruments picked for cases, non-updated pick lists for surgeon preferences, terrible attitude by surgeons. Management was also a mess (or lack thereof), not approachable at all.
