Schedule: 12-hour shifts; three weekend shifts per 4-week scheduling period (Friday and Saturday); no call required

Highlights:

• Perform integrated pre- and post-operative critical care in a fast-paced Surgical Intensive Care Unit
• Apply the nursing process to assess, organize, evaluate, and coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• Travel assignment with scheduled weekend rotation

Requirements:

• Active Michigan RN license (must be verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
• Minimum 2 years of SICU experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification
• Current American Heart Association ACLS certification
• Current skills checklist pertinent to ICU specialty (within the last year)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
• Prior travel assignment history preferred
• Permanent address must be outside of a 50-mile radius from the facility
