Schedule: 12-hour shifts, every other weekend, 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio

Highlights:

Large, high-acuity Emergency Department with Stroke and STEMI certification
59-bed ER averaging 165-175 patients per day serving neonates through geriatrics
Epic EMR system with full interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy
Consistent 1:4 patient ratio with every other weekend requirement
Maximum 7 days requested time off available
Non-trauma emergency department setting with broad case mix and advanced procedural experience

Requirements:

Active Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of submission
Minimum 2 years of emergency department nursing experience; previous travel experience required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
Epic charting system experience is mandatory
Experience with 1:4 patient ratios in emergency or acute care settings
Two supervisory references from Manager level or above required
Flu vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions only
Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
