Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts; on-call required 8 days per month; weekend coverage exceeding every other weekend; variable shifts scheduled as needed (non-rotating)

Highlights:

• Work in an invasive cardiac cath lab performing coronary angiograms, PCIs, permanent and temporary pacemakers, and advanced EP procedures
• 488-bed acute care hospital utilizing Epic EMR system
• Daily census of approximately 15 patients across 3 procedure rooms

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
• Previous travel or contract experience required
• Active California state license (must be in hand prior to start)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Valid Fluoroscopy Permit required
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience strongly preferred
• Preferred skills include cardiac stent placement, left and right heart catheterization, PCI, PTCA, temporary and permanent pacemaker insertion, rotablader, rhythm interpretation, and vital sign monitoring
• Epic charting experience preferred
• May be required to float to other facilities within the region
