Description
Job Opportunity – ICU Registered Nurse – Washington
Start Date: March 23, 2026
Location: Washington, District of Columbia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week, AM/PM rotation
Highlights:
- Multidisciplinary ICU caring for neurological, neuro-surgical, medical, surgical, pulmonary, cardiology, cardiothoracic, and trauma patients
- Work with advanced critical care technology including ventilators, ECMO/tandem heart, Impella, IABP, CRRT, and cardiac monitoring systems
- Cerner EMR system utilized for documentation and patient management
- 12-hour shifts provide work-life balance with rotating AM/PM schedules
- Must reside at least 50 miles from facility location
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license in District of Columbia or state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program (BSN highly preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
- NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certifications required
- Cerner EMR experience required
