Job Opportunity – Assistant Director of Nursing – Minnesota

Start Date: March 30, 2026

Location: Rochester, Minnesota

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift. 3-month assignment.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in Minnesota
Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Strong background in long-term care and familiarity with Minnesota healthcare regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in staff education, scheduling, and quality assurance
Master's degree in nursing, business, or health-related field preferred
