Description

Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Technologist / Cath Lab – California

Start Date: April 2026 (Variable start available)

Location: Southern California

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Monday-Friday with call requirements; Saturday/Sunday call requirements; 3 weekends every 6-week schedule. Daily census 6-8 patients across 4 labs.

Highlights:

STEMI and Stroke receiving center with comprehensive cardiovascular services
Support cardiac, EP, VTE thrombectomy, interventional neuro, and interventional radiology procedures
Advanced procedures including TAVR/TMVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, diagnostic and interventional cardiology
266-bed beachside acute care hospital utilizing Epic charting system
Opportunity to work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year acute care experience in Cath Lab required
Active California state license (must be in hand prior to submission)
BLS and ACLS certifications current
ARRT (Advanced Certification) or RCIS certification
Fluoroscopy permit required
Stroke and interventional radiology experience strongly preferred
LA County Fire Card obtained within last 30 days
First-time travelers accepted with appropriate experience
