Job Opportunity – Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit RN – Tennessee

Start Date: April 13, 2026
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling flexibility; minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period

Highlights:

• 16-bed Neurovascular Intensive Care Unit with 2:1 patient ratios (may vary to 1:1 or 3:1 based on acuity)
• Advanced critical care technology including ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, and EV 1000 monitoring systems
• Collaborative team environment with unit secretary support during day shifts and occasional nurse extern assistance
• Self-scheduling system with 4-week increments for enhanced work-life balance
• Exposure to high-acuity neurological cases and advanced critical care procedures
• Meditech electronic documentation system

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• ICU nursing experience required
• Navy scrubs (tops and bottoms) required
