Description
Start Date: May 6, 2026
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 10-hour night shifts, Monday-Thursday block (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 40 hours per week
Highlights:
- Fast-paced Emergency Department environment in a 650-bed Level II trauma facility
- High-volume scanning experience with 150-200 daily scans across 4 CT rooms
- Work with state-of-the-art Siemens and GE scanners performing diverse case mix including Code Stroke and trauma patients
- No call requirement, no floating requirement, and no weekend coverage
- Comprehensive case mix including brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction, and advanced imaging
- 13-week contract with 48 hours of orientation
Requirements:
- ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
- BLS certification current
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience; extensive experience preferred
- Large hospital experience required (500+ bed facility experience mandatory)
- Proficiency with both Siemens and GE scanner systems required
- Epic charting system experience required; Visage experience strongly preferred
- Experience with inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU settings
- Competency in abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
- IV start skills and contrast administration experience preferred
- North Carolina or Compact State license (pending acceptable for submission, must be in hand at start)
- First-time travelers accepted
