Description
Start Date: June 24, 2026
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 10-hour night shifts (Monday-Thursday block), 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 40 hours per week; No call, no weekends, no floating
Highlights:
- Emergency Department setting in a 650-bed Level II Trauma facility with high-acuity patient population
- Fast-paced environment with exposure to Code Stroke and trauma cases on state-of-the-art Siemens FORCE scanner
- Daily scan volume of 150-200 cases across 4 CT rooms with collaborative team of multiple technologists per shift
- 13-week assignment available with 48 hours of orientation and comprehensive Epic/Visage charting systems
- Treat diverse patient populations ranging from infants through geriatrics with advanced imaging protocols
- Work with specialized equipment including Siemens FORCE, S3000, and Sequoia scanners
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience; additional experience strongly preferred
- Experience in hospitals with 500+ beds is mandatory
- Proficiency with both GE and Siemens scanners required; Siemens FORCE experience essential
- Competency in abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
- Inpatient, ER, and Adult ICU experience required
- Epic charting experience required; Visage PACS experience highly preferred
- IV start skills and contrast administration experience preferred
- North Carolina or Compact state license (pending acceptable at submission)
- Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
- First-time travelers accepted
