Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – Alaska

Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8 Days, rotating Monday-Saturday between 0630-1800 (no Sundays or observed holidays)

Highlights:

• Outpatient clinic setting with primarily mobile patients, including cancer follow-up diagnostics
• Cross-trained role covering both CT and X-Ray imaging needs
• Work at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma facility recognized as the best hospital in Alaska by U.S. News & World Report
• Epic charting system in a 407-bed acute care hospital
• Responsibilities include IV starts, I-STAT lab processing, contrast administration, and post-processing
• Saturday rotation required; no on-call duties

Requirements:

• ARRT-R (Radiography) and ARRT-CT certifications required
• BLS certification current and valid
• Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or outpatient settings
• X-Ray proficiency required: extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head/chest/thorax, and musculoskeletal imaging
• Must have experience with IV placement and contrast administration
• Fluoroscopy and enema study experience preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
• Hepatitis B vaccination required (titers or declination not accepted)
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of comparable experience within the last 3 years
