Patient ratios of 1:4 across all shifts, caring for neonates and infants
24 hours of orientation provided to support onboarding
Meditech EMR experience preferred but not required
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate

Requirements:

Current North Carolina state license or valid Compact state license
Active BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications (PALS also required; AHA only)
Minimum 2–3 years of NICU nursing experience
Previous travel experience required
Ventilator management experience (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
Must be willing to float within the hospital as needed
Professional references and current NURSYS report required with submission
