Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM | Weekend coverage every Sunday | No call required

Highlights:

• Work in a general community hospital performing a diverse case mix including musculoskeletal, neurological, and body imaging
• Utilize advanced GE equipment including 1.5T 450W and Artist scanners with PACS integration
• Chart in Epic system with SBAR communication protocols
• Perform general MRI exams and some anesthesia cases; no biopsies or MRI-guided procedures
• Comprehensive 36-hour orientation with blocked scheduling
• Maximum 7 days requested time off available; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

Requirements:

• Active ARRT MR and ARRT R certifications required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Proficiency in adult acute care, adult outpatient, and ER/trauma settings
• Competency in abdomen/pelvis, head/neck, musculoskeletal, and spine imaging protocols
• Experience with contrast administration and starting peripheral IVs
• Knowledge of special imaging procedures including MRA, MRV, MRCP, diffusion, and post-processing techniques
• NC or Compact state license (must be active at time of start)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
