Schedule: 13-week contract, 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), rotating weekends (4 weekend shifts per month)

Highlights:

• Work with an established team of 50 respiratory therapy professionals in a state-of-the-art acute care setting
• Manage diverse patient assignments with volume-based case loads (approximately 35-40 patients per shift)
• Utilize modern equipment including GE ventilators, V60 BiPAPs, and Airvo HFNC systems
• EMR system: Meditech
• Collaborative night shift team with dedicated supervisor support (1 supervisor, 7-9 staff per shift)
• CRT certification accepted; opportunity to transition to permanent placement

Requirements:

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license
• Adult respiratory therapy experience in an acute care hospital setting required
• Proficiency in standard RT procedures: nebulizers, chest physiotherapy, arterial blood gases, ventilator management, inhaled nitric oxide, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, and patient transport with mechanical ventilation
• Adult critical care experience in ICU or Emergency Department settings strongly preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
