Schedule: Rotating shifts available (day and night); rotating weekends; maximum 6:1 patient ratio

• Opportunity to utilize full scope of nursing skills including IV insertion, catheter care, central line maintenance, and medication administration
• Floating available to other med/surg units for schedule flexibility
• Supportive team structure with charge nurse, RNs, PCAs, and unit secretary on each shift

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• 2+ years acute med/surg nursing experience within the last year
• Demonstrated ability to manage 4–6 patients simultaneously
• Preferred: 2+ years ortho nursing experience
• Competency in standard nursing skills: IV therapy, catheter insertion/maintenance, central line care, medication administration, and electronic health record documentation
