Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Orientation approximately 32 hours; weekend rotations and some holidays required

• Up to 2 weeks of pre-approved time off available with manager approval

Requirements:

• Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of application)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care pediatric OR experience within the last 3 years
• Previous experience in pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma required
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• PALS certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience required
• Level I and Level II trauma experience required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Pass/fail telemetry competency testing with strict passing criteria
